COOKING TIME: 30 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
1 pound bacon
1 head green cabbage
DIRECTIONS:
Cut bacon into four strips, so that you have small pieces of bacon.
Cook bacon in a frying pan.
Pour off bacon drippings, leaving enough to cook in fry pan.
Cut cabbage as if you were making cold slaw.
Add cabbage to fry pan (don't add any water).
Cover pan and cook on low heat until cabbage is tender, about 10-15 minutes.
