COUNTRY SWEET POTATO PIE

SIZE OF PAN:
9 inch pie pan

BAKING TIME:
50 to 65 minutes

OVEN TEMPERATURE:
350 degrees F

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 cup sweet potato
1 1/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup melted butter or margarine
1/4 cup evaporated skim milk
3 eggs
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 teaspoon lemon extract
1 premade 9 inch pie shell

DIRECTIONS:
In a bowl combine ingredients till well blended. Pour into the pie shell and bake.
