PREPARATION TIME:

OVEN TEMPERATURE:
350F degrees
INGREDIENTS:
4 cups cooked and mashed sweet potatoes
3 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup cream or orange juice
(1 tablespoon grated orange peel)
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon allspice
TOPPING:
1/2 cup pecans
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/4 cup butter
DIRECTIONS:
Mix top ingredients together and put in baking dish. Mix topping ingredients
together and
sprinkle on top of potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
