STREUSEL COFFEE CAKE

BAKING TIME: Bake in oven at 375 F for about 25 minutes

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 beaten egg
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup cooking oil
1/2 cup raisons
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon butter or margerine, softened
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

DIRECTIONS:
Stir together the 1 1/2 cups flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt. Combine egg, milk, and oil. Add to flour mixture; mix well. Stir in raisons. Turn into a greased 9x9x2 inch baking pan. Combine nuts, brown sugar, 1 tablespoon flour, butter or margerine, and cinnamon. Spinkle over batter. Makes 1 coffee cake.
